They are perfect for puppies or smaller breeds adjustable to 14"-18" 2.5cm Combat Collar is made out of strong nylon and a secure 6mm width stainless steel D hoop with a quick release clip to lock. Our clips have been tested and can hold the strongest of breeds. The collar can easily be adjusted in size simply by threading the nylon through the clip to extend/shorten the size.
