Pure Dog K9 reserves the right to change and alter these terms without giving prior notice and it is up to the user of the website to take responsibility to return to this page to review any changes that have been made. These changes take effect from the exact time of posting on this website. It is advised before the purchase of any product that you review this section. The last time these Terms and Conditions were altered was on the 19th of July 2021.
TERMS OF USE
We advise for our products to be used under the owners/carers supervision to guarantee your dog's safety. Pure Dog K9 cannot accept liability for any circumstances outside of direct manufacturing faults. We advise if you allow your dogs to play, to remove our collars and play freely; as like all collars, this could be a strangulation hazard.
PRIVACY POLICY
Pure Dog K9 enforces a strict privacy policy which every employee of Pure Dog K9 must comply with. Pure Dog K9 will not disclose information of its customers to any third party. In the event of a sale, merger or acquisition of Pure Dog K9 company, Pure Dog K9 will transfer customer details to the new owners. The transfer of the information will be dealt with appropriately and in the most secure form possible.

Our lifetime guarantees on products where the hardware such as Pin Buckle, D Loop, Pin Roller to never rust as they are created with a Stainless Steel material. Our lifetime guarantee lasts for 25 years. If the hardware is bent from being run over, bent or smashed resulting from damage not caused naturally, our guarantee may not be applicable to you.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
Pure Dog K9 will attempt to make the product and quantities advertised on this site available at all times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed and Pure Dog K9 will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. The customer will be notified as soon as possible when this occurs and advised on what to do to solve this problem.
Pure Dog K9 prices are subject to change without notice. Pure Dog K9 reserves the right to refuse or terminate/cancel orders when there has been website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty or an incorrect price being displayed. Notification to the customer will be facilitated immediately after this has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.
PROMOTIONS
All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 4 business days for dispatch.
We only use a tracked postage which means the package is tracked though transit to delivery.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email Info@puredogk9.com
To arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
Pure Dog K9 will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Please direct any shipping related inquiries to Info@puredogk9.com
TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR VAT
There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Pure Dog K9. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
Returns Policy
How to Create a Return
If you wish to return an item or full order, please fill out the relevant sections and fill out our form you can start it by clicking here Contact us. We will send you an email with the relevant return's information, plus this helps us locate your return once received back by us. Please use the address label provided within your order, and place this on the outside of the package. Please include your original invoice or print off our returns portal invoice to place inside of your order when returning. If you do not own a printer, please write out this information on a piece of paper and include this inside of the parcel.

We do advise that upon receipt, you check sizing, and product specification before use, and to contact us at your earliest opportunity to advise of any error which may occur. These can be reported to us via our Social Media pages or via our contact form. All shipments will contain an address label with our return address.

You have the right to cancel your contract of sale with us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure when returning orders, that a reason is stated for return, along with your order number and contact details. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to identify your return. We agree to reimburse the price paid for an item upon sale, not including outbound delivery or shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product damaged, faulty or receive an incorrect item, it is your responsibility to advise us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve the issue as quick as possible. We do not accept returns for unwanted items which are customised.
Return Postage
We certainly refund the return postage cost for the return of an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item. Before returning the item, please get in touch to arrange this. We do not cover return costs for items which are unwanted. We do advise that you obtain tracking for your return, to avoid losing your return shipment.
