How to Create a Return

If you wish to return an item or full order, please fill out the relevant sections and fill out our form you can start it by clicking here Contact us. We will send you an email with the relevant return's information, plus this helps us locate your return once received back by us. Please use the address label provided within your order, and place this on the outside of the package. Please include your original invoice or print off our returns portal invoice to place inside of your order when returning. If you do not own a printer, please write out this information on a piece of paper and include this inside of the parcel.

We do advise that upon receipt, you check sizing, and product specification before use, and to contact us at your earliest opportunity to advise of any error which may occur. These can be reported to us via our Social Media pages or via our contact form. All shipments will contain an address label with our return address.

You have the right to cancel your contract of sale with us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure when returning orders, that a reason is stated for return, along with your order number and contact details. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to identify your return. We agree to reimburse the price paid for an item upon sale, not including outbound delivery or shipping costs.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product damaged, faulty or receive an incorrect item, it is your responsibility to advise us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve the issue as quick as possible. We do not accept returns for unwanted items which are customised.

 

Return Postage

We certainly refund the return postage cost for the return of an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item. Before returning the item, please get in touch to arrange this. We do not cover return costs for items which are unwanted. We do advise that you obtain tracking for your return, to avoid losing your return shipment.

 Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, go to our Contact us page If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as worn or damaged), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
