My 10 month old cane corso X mastif has a 20 inch neck. The medium didnt even meet the last buckle so we had to purchase the large. It fits him like a glove. George loves it. Great quality highly recommended.

Waterproof Harness

Lead comfortable and strong. Has useful different length adjustments. Fittings appear to be very strong and easy to clip and unclip on lead
